Terms of use
Last updated: October 13, 2026
By using the apps or this website of Novajota Apps, S.L., you accept these terms.
Use of the apps
Our apps are offered for personal and lawful use. They are downloaded from the App Store and are also governed by Apple's license agreement (standard EULA), which prevails in case of conflict on the matters it regulates. Mus is also offered as a website at musgame.com and as an Android app; Apple’s agreement does not apply there.
Mus: accounts and online play
You can play Mus online as a guest or with an account. The account is personal: one per person, with true details, and you must keep your password safe. You must be at least 14 to create one. You may not use programs or outside help to play, collude with other players to alter the leaderboard, create accounts in bulk or use offensive names or names that impersonate others. We may change inappropriate names, void games and suspend accounts that break these rules. The leaderboard may be corrected if there are errors or cheating. Mus does not allow betting money. You can stop playing and ask us to delete your account whenever you want.
Purchases. Some Mus features are paid, such as “Remove ads” for one year. It is a one-time payment, not a subscription: it does not renew automatically. If you already have the pass, each purchase adds one year. The price is shown before you pay and includes taxes. On musgame.com payment is processed by Stripe, which acts as the seller of the purchase (reseller); in the apps, by Apple or Google under their terms. The purchase is tied to your account, has no cash value and cannot be transferred. If you are a consumer, you keep the rights the law gives you; for any problem with a purchase, write to soporte@novajota.com.
No warranties
We make the apps with care, but they are provided "as is", with no guarantee of uninterrupted or error-free operation. Some apps (for example, game scoreboards) do not handle money bets and must not be used for that purpose.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Novajota is not liable for indirect damages arising from the use of the apps. This does not limit the rights that consumer legislation grants you.
Intellectual property
The apps, their code, brand, logos, texts, images and sounds belong to Novajota Apps, S.L. or its licensors. You may not copy, modify or redistribute them without written permission.
Changes
We may update these terms and the apps. The current version is the one published here.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer, the mandatory rules of your place of residence also protect you.
Contact
If there are differences between languages, the Spanish version prevails.
