Novajota Apps, S.L. ("Novajota", "we") designs its apps to use as little data as possible. Here we tell you, app by app, what data it uses. This policy covers this website and all of our apps.

None of our apps include third-party advertising or tracking or analytics tools that identify you.

Amarracos mus

Amarracos mus doesn't collect, send or share any data. Team names and match history are stored only on your iPhone and are deleted when you uninstall the app.

In-app purchases

Purchases are processed by Apple. We do not receive your payment details.

This website

We do not use cookies or analytics. If you write to us by email, we use your address and your message only to reply to you, and we keep them for as long as necessary to handle your inquiry.

Children

Our apps do not collect data from anyone, including minors.

Your rights

In accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Spanish law, you may ask us for access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability of the data we hold about you by writing to privacidad@novajota.com. If you believe we have not handled your data properly, you may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).

Changes

If we change this policy, we will publish the new version here with its date. If an app starts using new data, we will say so here and inside the app before turning it on.

If there are differences between languages, the Spanish version prevails.
